Prepare to be rach’d - be inspired and moved by the preludes, etudes, and art songs of Sergei Rachmaninoff (1873-1943) in this recital. Selections from Rachmaninoff's Preludes and Etudes-Tableaux will be performed by featured pianist, Ko Chuan Li. Interspersed between these striking piano pieces are the rich and moving art songs composed by Rachmaninoff at various stages of his life, to be performed by tenor Marky Canios in collaboration with Ko Chuan-Li.
